This is my Library, or more correctly my study. Here you can find references to many of my books (Roman related and of other topics), my DVDs, music and Internet sites I usually use. Please feel free to give some feedback or suggestions of other items you would like to recommend.

- Rubicon - The triumph and tragedy of the Roman Republica, by Tom Holland.
The title tells almost everything. In my opinion the author stress a little too much some of the bad aspects of the late Republic. But we, modern Romans who want to restore the ancient Rome, should be aware of the problems and difficulties the Roma Antiqua faced. It isn’t a must have and neither a totally pleasing reading, but a good book anyway.
- Greece and Rome at War, by Peter Connolly.
Everything, or at least almost everything, about Greek and Roman armies in many different epochs. From equipment to organisation with wonderful drawings. A must have for anyone interest in ancient warfare.
- Caesar: The life of a colossus, by Adrian Goldsworthy.
I strongly recommend this book. It is very well written and gives, in my opinion, a very good portrait of the life of Iulius Caesar and of the Roman society in the time of his life.
- Lingua Latina – Familia Romana.
This the first book of two to learn Latin. The all book is in Latin with drawings helping to understand the new vocabulary and grammar notions. I can’t wait to be able to return to my Latin studies and to this book. To complement it there is the Exercitia Latina I.

- The great battles of antiquity: A strategic and tactical guide to great battles that shaped the development of war.
An amazing book that analyses many battles and campaigns from the ancient Egypt to the fall of Constantinople. Not surprising it describe many Greek and Roman battles. The only downside it is the price.
